PCA's online print purchasing solution is available for custom design based on the specific needs of each customer. Ordering, typesetting, proofing and fulfillment are all managed from the desktop. The system generates instant online proofs based on the customer's graphic standards and provides multi-location organizations with the flexibility and convenience of internet based, remote ordering capability. This system is specifically designed for products that require customization to a base item [EXAMPLE: business cards, stationery, newsletters, brochures, advertisements that require personalization], as well as produced fulfillment products.
The online system has administrator functionality with the ability to approve all orders before they reach the supplier, check order status, generate reports, track spending and monitor inventory levels on fulfillment items. Order and shipping confirmations via email with order number and item detail will be supplied to the end user for each electronic order.
