• Have a standard design or template for their stationery and specialty items
• Would like to establish consistency in their product designs and formats, logos, titles. from one order to the next
• Want to leverage their stationery volume, purchased across locations, in order to receive large volume pricing
• Have multiple locations, offices or people placing orders or affiliates and regions that all use the same basic stationery products and product designs.
• Have higher order volumes. EXAMPLE:
• Annual business card usage of 50,000 cards minimum
• Annual letterheads or envelopes usage of 25,000
• Holiday cards of at least 100 orders in a season
